Lisa has been involved in the horseracing industry as an investor for the past ten years. She was successfully involved in an all female syndicate, Purse Strings Farms with Leo’s Gypsy Dancer, a graded stakes winner of more than $400,000. Lisa has been involved in numerous partnerships since that successful venture. Lisa founded Media Thoroughbred Group in an effort to capitalize on the positive aspects of each of these experiences.
Lisa is a successful businesswoman, having served as the director of area Jenny Craig centres for the past decade. She is a former university teacher of behavioral psychology. Lisa Lake is the wife of Gary Roedemeier, five-time Emmy award winning news anchor for WHAS-11 TV, and the mother of Jordan Lake, senior at Centre College.
